Stephanie Müller (born April 2, 1985 ) is a former German biathlete .

Stephanie Müller is a police officer candidate for the federal police and lives in Willingen and Bad Endorf . Your club is SC Willingen . She began cross-country skiing at the age of eight, tried her hand at shooting for the first time at the age of 13 and then quickly switched to biathlon.

She ran in 2002 in Ridnaun for the first time at a youth world championship and was 14th in the individual. Only four years later she started again in a youth world championship in Presque Isle . In the individual she was 16th here and 30th in the sprint. From this position she was able to advance to sixth in the pursuit. Together with Magdalena Neuner and Carolin Hennecke , she also won gold in the relay race. Between the two title fights, Müller started in the junior biathlon world cup, where he won two races and came second three times. In 2003 she won the European youth games with the team, and in 2005 she was also the German junior champion in singles.

Since 2006 she competed with the seniors. As in the junior years, her main field of activity was the Biathlon European Cup . In her first race, a sprint in Obertilliach , she came in tenth among the top ten. The greatest success was a victory in Forni Avoltri in 2007 . She finished fourth in the overall standings for the season. At the end of the season she took part in the 2007 European Biathlon Championships in Bansko . In the individual she was there 25th, in the sprint 13th and 14th in the pursuit. With the relay, Müller won the silver medal behind the Belarusians alongside Jenny Adler , Ute Niziak and Sabrina Buchholz . In 2008 she ended her career for professional reasons and because she was not considered for the promotional team due to injuries in preparation.
