Stephanie Mpalaskas (born February 12, 1986 in Ratingen ) is a German soccer player .
Career
Stephanie Mpalaskas started playing soccer at Lohausener SV and in 2000 moved to the youth department of FCR 2001 Duisburg . She made her Bundesliga debut for Duisburg on December 1, 2002 , when she came on after the half-time break in a 5-0 win against TuS Niederkirchen . After she was a regular player at FCR in the 2003/04 season , she moved to SG Essen-Schönebeck for the second half of the 2004/05 season . There she scored her first Bundesliga goal in a 3-2 win against VfL Wolfsburg on May 1, 2005 , when she hit the final score in the 80th minute. In the summer of 2005 she returned to Duisburg for one season, but moved again to SG Essen-Schönebeck for the 2006/07 season , for which she played a total of 47 other Bundesliga games until 2009.
In the summer of 2009, she switched to the second division Bayer 04 Leverkusen , with whom she was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2010. After three seasons in Leverkusen, she moved to the regional division Borussia Mönchengladbach in summer 2012 . In January 2014 she then joined the league competitor MSV Duisburg II , which had emerged from FCR 2001 Duisburg shortly before.
After a four-year break, she joined the Borussia Bocholt regional league team after the 2018/19 winter break .

Private
Stephanie Mpalaskas completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk. In addition, she is currently completing her degree in business administration.
