The Stewart Glacier is a glacier on the Saunders coast of Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica . On the north side of the Edward VII Peninsula it flows in a northeasterly direction along the east side of the Howard Heights to Sulzberger Bay .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the glacier in 1970 after Lieutenant Commander Wayne B. Stewart of the US Navy, pilot of an LC- 130F Hercules in Operation Deep Freeze in 1968.
