The Stranggraben is a flowing body of water in the Märkisch-Oderland district in the state of Brandenburg . It drains into the Stienitzsee in the Hennickendorf district of the Rüdersdorf community near Berlin .
The Stranggraben rises southeast of the city center of Strausberg and there south of Garzauer Straße , which leads out of the village in a west-east direction. This runs south of the Herrensee . The trench runs in a south-southwestern direction through the nature reserve Lange Dammwiesen and Unteres Annatal and is fed by other trenches there. South of the Torfhaus residential area in the town of Strausberg, it crosses under Hennickendorfer Chaussee and flows into Stienitzsee around 580 meters further southwest.
