Strays - Lebe Dein Leben (Original title: Strays ) is an American drama by and with Vin Diesel from 1997. The film is about a little drug dealer who tries to get his life back on track.
action
Rick and his friends do nothing but consume alcohol and other drugs all day . Your highlight of the day is towing women. To make a living, Rick occasionally deals in marijuana and does some crooked business. But for a while now he has had doubts whether this should really be his purpose in life. When he meets Heather, the pretty girl next door, he sees an opportunity to fundamentally change his life. The two fall in love; however, their relationship is far from easy. While Rick cannot get out of his macho role entirely , Heather is a young woman of great purity who cannot identify with the filth in Rick's life. These problems eventually lead to the separation of the two. The end of the film remains open. However, Rick finally ends his life as a dealer and Heather buys a children's book that Rick told her about.

Strays is Vin Diesel's third film. In addition to starring, he wrote the script, directed and produced this low budget film (around $ 50,000 in production costs). The film was released in 2008 on DVD in German retail. The German premiere took place on October 9, 2010 on ProSieben .
