The building is located south of the historic old town of Quedlinburg in the Süderstadt district . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential and commercial building.
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built in the late classicism style around 1900. In its appearance, it corresponds more to the development of the Quedlinburg old town and is unusual for the southern city. The half-timbered facade is decorated with struts and St. Andrew's crosses . The walls of the compartments were made with stones in two colors.
There is a shop on the ground floor that is currently (as of 2012) used by a bakery.
