The villa is located south of the historic old town of Quedlinburg. It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The building was built around 1905 in a historicizing design, which is particularly evident on the balcony and polygonal bay window . The shape of the roof and the property fence show elements of Art Nouveau .
The garden of the house has old trees.
