The villa is located south of the historic old town of Quedlinburg. It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1881. It rests on a square base. The facade consists of yellow clinker bricks. A gable made of ornamental framework , which is also decorated with plaster decorations with floral and geometric motifs, is striking . The sill beam is lavishly decorated and provided with an inscription.
In the stairwell there is a stair railing decorated with carvings. The lead glass windows are provided with figurative representations. A beamed ceiling decorated with carvings is located in the hall of the house.
On the side of the house is a shed clad with rubble stones . The property fence has pillars in a Gothic design.
