The villa is located south of the historic old town of Quedlinburg, on the right bank of the Bode . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built around 1880. Its design incorporates elements of late classicism and historicism . It is covered by a mansard roof . A corner risalit points to the street. Another risalit includes the stairs and is on the garden side. There is also a wooden veranda attached.
An arbor made of root and branch wood in the garden is remarkable.
