After meeting Birmingham-based producer Regis from Downwards Records in 1994, he released the tracks Magneze and Electronically Tested , which were very well received worldwide. This was followed by the LPs "Basictonalvocabulary" and "Balance" on Tresor Records. The common band Certain Beyond All Reasonable Doubt was a first musical swing away from the dance floor for Surgeon.
