Susann Utes (born January 4, 1991 in Kühlungsborn ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Utes started playing football at the age of five in a girls' team at SV Einheit Bad Doberan , but after a year switched to the boys at Bad Doberaner SV 90 , where she stayed until the age of 16. In 2006 she came to SV Hafen Rostock 61 , where she played for the B-Juniors and for the women's team in the regional league.

In 2008 she was signed by the Bundesliga promoted FF USV Jena and has been a regular since the beginning of the 2008/09 season and was then team captain for several years . On June 25, 2019, Utes ended her active career after 194 games for FF USV Jena in the women's Bundesliga and 2nd Bundesliga.

Personal

In 2010 she passed her Abitur at the Jena Sports High School . Utes works on a mini-job basis for Stadtwerke Jena and part-time in the USV Jena office .
