Susanne Hauser (lawyer)

Susanne Hauser (born January 8, 1950 in Augsburg ; born Susanne Hampel ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Life

Born the third of four children, Hauser attended the English Fräulein's modern-language grammar school in Augsburg and graduated from the modern-language grammar school in Altötting in 1970 . In the same year she began studying law at the University of Munich , which she completed in 1975 with the first state examination. After passing the second state examination, she entered the civil service of the Free State of Bavaria in 1978 .

Here she was employed as a probationary judge at the Munich District Court , in the government of Upper Bavaria and at the Munich Public Prosecutor's Office. In 1979 she married Albert Hauser. In 1981 she was appointed a civil servant for life, the following year she was appointed as a judge for life at the Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich . In 1986 she received her doctorate on "The History of Welfare Legislation in Bavaria" as a Doctor of Law.

In November 1994 she was promoted to judge at the Bavarian Administrative Court. From 2004 she was a judge at the Federal Administrative Court. She was a member of the 8th Audit Senate , which was primarily concerned with local law and the right to regulate open property issues. In July 2014, due to a transfer of responsibilities, it was also assigned to the 10th Revision Senate. She retired at the end of 2014.

Hauser gave lectures on civil , administrative and constitutional law at the Bavarian Administration School and the Civil Service College .
