Susanne Seethaler

Susanne Seethaler (born February 4, 1969 in Tegernsee ) is a German author and Bavarian expert on customs .

Susanne Seethaler moved to Munich in 1989 , where she works as a writer , bookseller and cook . The topics of her publications range from traditional legends and fairy tales to traditional customs and classic Bavarian cookbooks . She intensively researched and collected recipes of ancient healing knowledge from the country. She did some research with the help of her sister, who lives every summer as a dairy woman on an alpine pasture in the mountains. Due to her regular trips to Asia and her preoccupation with Asian culture , her interest in Indian Ayurvedic nutrition and yoga arose .
