Sven Hartwig (born July 8, 1984 in Halle (Saale) ) is a German soccer player .
Career
Hartwig began his career at Grün-Weiß Wimmelburg . In his youth he also played for MSV Eisleben , BuSG Aufbau Eisleben and Halleschen FC . In the U-19 he played for the Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart . At VfB he was also included in the U-23, but was not used in the 02/03 season and moved to VfB Leipzig in the Oberliga Süd, for which he played 16 games and scored four goals. After half a year he went to the Regionalliga Süd for FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt , where he only played one role before joining FC Carl Zeiss Jena during the 2004/05 winter break . He stayed in Jena for half a year, played ten games and scored one goal. In summer 2005 he went to SV Babelsberg . Hartwig played there for five years, including three seasons in what was then the third-highest division, the Oberliga Nord. In the 2007/08 season Babelsberg rose to the Regionalliga Nord and rose again as champions in 2009/10. Hartwig did not go into the 3rd division , but moved to the fifth division SV Meppen . In its first season, the club rose to the Regionalliga Nord. Hartwig played two more seasons with SV Meppen in the fourth division. In the summer of 2013 he moved to Goslarer SC , who also played in the Regionalliga Nord. After a season he moved to league rivals Eintracht Braunschweig II .
In 2016 he went to Greifswalder FC in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Association League .
