Sverre Andreas Jakobsson (born February 8, 1977 in Oslo , Norway ) is an Icelandic handball player who plays for the Icelandic club KA Akureyri .

For the Icelandic national team , he has played 180 international matches and thrown 27 goals. At the 2007 Handball World Cup , he played ten games in which he scored two goals and finished third in the “Sinner Statistics” behind Oliver Roggisch and Alexei Rastworzew , with 22 penalty minutes. In Großwallstadt he is essentially only used in defense in the central block. If he goes into the attack, then as a cyclist . Jakobsson has a master's degree in international economics.
