The Swangard Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Canadian Burnaby .
The stadium, built in 1969, is mainly used for soccer or football games , but also for athletics . In addition, the Canadian national soccer team used the stadium several times to host international matches.
In the Junior World Cup in 2007 , the stadium of the six venues belonged. For this purpose, the capacity was actually increased from 6,868 seats to 10,000 through additional grandstands.
