Svetlana Alexejewna Gladysheva ( Russian Светлана Алексеевна Гладышева ; born September 13, 1971 in Ufa ) is a former Russian ski racer .

Already in her first World Cup season she made at the Alpine Ski World Cup 1991 in Saalbach-Hinterglemm in the downhill for a surprise. She won the bronze medal behind Petra Kronberger and Nathalie Bouvier . At the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer , Gladyschewa unexpectedly finished second in the Super-G with starting number 35 and won the silver medal behind Diann Roffe-Steinrotter .

In the downhill she achieved two World Cup podiums, but then celebrated her only World Cup victory on December 7, 1996 in the Super-G in Vail , ahead of Pernilla Wiberg and Carole Montillet . She announced her retirement from racing in spring 1998.
