Svjatopetriwske ( Ukrainian Святопетрівське ; Russian Святопетровское Svjatopetrovskoje , until 2016 Petrivske ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 2000 inhabitants (2001).
In 1928 instead of a hamlet in a marshy area, founded the village was originally called Куликівка Kulykivka and from the 1960s until February 2016, following the Soviet revolutionary and politician Grigory Petrovsky Петрівське Petriwske before in the course of it de-communization in Ukraine received its present name.
Svyatopetriwske is the only village of the same name, 28.95 km² district council in the district of Kiev-Svyatoschyn .
The village is located at an altitude of 174 m between the regional road P-04 in the north and the territorial road T-10-12 in the south, 18 km southwest of downtown Kiev . The village is bordered to the south by Boyarka , in the east on vyshneve and to the northwest by Bilohorodka .
A monument to the Ukrainian volunteer battalions was erected in Svyatopetrivske in 2018.
The world junior tennis tournament J1 Sviatopetrivske has been held annually since 2019 in the tennis center built in the village in 2012 .
