Sylwia Lewandowska

Sylwia Lewandowska (born January 4, 1991 in Toruń ) is a former Polish rower .

Sylwia Lewandowska started rowing in 2004. At the U23 World Championships in 2011, she finished sixth with the double scull . At the European Championships in 2011 , the Polish double scull with Agnieszka Kobus , Karolina Gniadek , Sylwia Lewandowska and Natalia Madaj won the silver medal behind the Ukrainians. In 2012, the Polish double-scull qualified in Lucerne for the Olympic regatta in Eton , where the boat took eighth and last place in the line-up of Kamila Soćko , Joanna Leszczyńska , Sylwia Lewandowska and Natalia Madaj. In the same line-up, the Polish double-four won the silver medal at the European Championships at the end of the 2012 season, behind the Ukrainians, who competed with three Olympic champions. In the following year, the Polish double scull with Maria Springwald , Joanna Leszczyńska, Sylwia Lewandowska and Agnieszka Kobus took fifth place at the 2013 European Championships . At the World Championships in 2013 Lewandowska and Leszczyńska rowed together with Magdalena Fularczyk-Kozłowska and Natalia Madaj and won the bronze medal. At the end of Lewandowska's career, the four-man with Lewandowska, Leszczyńska, Springwald and Kobus took eighth place at the 2014 World Championships .
