from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Tabah Foundation ( Arabic مؤسسة طابة, DMG muʾassasat Ṭāba 'Tabah Foundation') is a non-profit organization founded and managed in 2005 by Habib Ali al- Jifri (al-Jifri) in Abu Dhabi , the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Tabah Foundation resides in Tarim but has been accredited in the United Arab Emirates. Habib Ali al-Jifri is also a board member of the Dar al-Mustafa in Tarim, Yemen , and a member of the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought (Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought) in Jordan .

“According to the institution's website, the aim of the foundation is on the one hand to support the development of a modern and practical form of Islamic life, with the problems of Muslims as minorities in Western societies being the focus of these activities. On the other hand, it is also about strengthening and improving the culture of debate in the Islamic context and improving the media skills of Muslim scholars. This is done through appropriate teaching and training programs, but also through the publication of appropriate publications, not only in Arabic, but also in English. "
