At first he doesn't know what to think of it, but at his school there is a rumor that it is a weapon. But then he meets the girl Bluesy Fluesy ( ブ ル ー ジ ィ = フ ル ー ジ ィ , Burūjii Furūjii ), an American agent. She attacks him because of his tattoo, but finally reveals to him that it is a secret coat of arms that gives special powers. She is part of an organization of the US armed forces that collects these magical coats of arms and wants to test whether Seigi can use them. He only succeeds when he meets an opponent of the two together with Bluesy Fluesy and their assistants. The latter attacks Seigi until he finally succeeds in activating his ability: With the force known as "Void Maker" he can create black holes and heal himself.
