Tadelesh Birra
Tadelesh Birra (born April 24, 1975 ) is an Ethiopian marathon runner .
In 1999 she won the Marathon de Normandie. The following year she was third in the Turin Marathon with her personal best of 2:31:44 h and twelfth in the Berlin Marathon . In 2001 she came in at the World Athletics Championships in Edmonton on 31st place and was fourth in the Madrid Millennium Marathon .
In 2002 she won the Naples Marathon and the Košice Marathon , in 2003 and 2004 the Hanover Marathon . At the Pan-African Games in 2003, she won silver.
In 2008 she won the Zurich Marathon and came second in the Warsaw Marathon and the Beirut Marathon .
