Tarek Yehia Fouad Abdelazim (born May 18, 1987 in Al-Minya ) is an Egyptian weightlifter . He was a participant in the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and in London in 2012 . He was also a participant in several World Championships, Mediterranean Games, African Championships and the Pan-Arab Games.

His greatest achievement was the bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics . He received this medal afterwards because the Russian Apti Auchadow was convicted of doping. At the 2010 World Championships , he won the bronze medal in pushing and dueling in the lightweight up to 69 kg. At the Mediterranean Games in 2013 he won the gold medal in pushing and snatching in the class up to 85 kg.

• At the 2007 World Championships he reached 22nd place in the lightweight up to 69 kg.
• At the African Championships in 2007 he achieved the silver medal in the lightweight up to 69 kg.

• At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 he was 9th in the lightweight up to 69 kg.
• At the African Championships in 2008 he reached 2nd place in the lightweight up to 69 kg.
• At the Mediterranean Games in 2009 he took 3rd place in the class up to 77 kg. At the world championship he reached 6th place.
• At the 2010 World Championships , he won the bronze medal in the up to 77 kg category.
• At the Pan-Arab Games in Qatar in 2011 , he won the silver medal in the 85 kg class.
• At the 2012 Olympic Games in London , he first came fourth and subsequently won the bronze medal. The Russian Apti Auchadow , who won the silver medal, was convicted of doping.
• At the Mediterranean Games 2013 he won gold medal in the class up to 85 kg. At the world championships he reached 7th place

• At the 2015 IWF Grand Prix he came 8th in the class up to 85 kg. At the world championships in the same year he reached 13th place.
• At the 2015 World Championships he reached 13th place in the category up to 85 kg.
• At the Arab Championship in 2015 he won the gold medal in the category up to 85 kg.
