Tarik Bouguetaïb

Tarik Bouguetaïb (born April 30, 1981 in Casablanca ) is a former Moroccan long and triple jumper .

In the long jump of the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, he was eliminated from the qualification.

In 2005 he won the triple jump at the Mediterranean Games in Almería and failed in the preliminary round at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki . At the Francophonie games he won gold in the triple jump and silver in the long jump. In 2006 he triumphed in the triple jump at the African Athletics Championships in Bambous and was sixth at the World Athletics Cup in Athens . At the 2007 World Cup in Osaka, he did not get past the first round in the triple jump.

In 2008 he won bronze in the triple jump at the African Championships in Addis Ababa . In the triple jump of the Olympic Games in Beijing , he remained in qualification without a valid attempt; even in the long jump he did not get beyond the preliminary round.

Eighth place in the triple jump at the 2010 African Championships in Nairobi was followed by fourth place at the 2012 African Championships in Porto-Novo. In the same discipline, he won bronze at the 2013 Francophonie Games and was eighth at the African Championships in Marrakech in 2014 .
