Tatiana Sergeyevna Chernova
Tatjana Sergejewna Tschernowa ( Russian Татьяна Сергеевна Чернова , English transcription Tatyana Chernova ; born January 29, 1988 in Krasnodar ) is a Russian heptathlete .
Career
The youth world champion from 2005 and junior world champion from 2006 started at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, but had to give up there after the first day.
In the 2008 season she won the Mösle all-around meeting with her personal best of 6618 points. At the Olympic Games in Beijing she came fourth with 6591 points and subsequently won the bronze medal after Ljudmyla Blonska (UKR) , who originally came second, was disqualified for doping . In April 2017, Chernova was also disqualified when she was proven to have taken the banned substance Turinabol as part of post-testing of the doping samples . At the World Indoor Championships in Doha in 2010 she first won the bronze medal, which was later revoked. At the 2011 World Championships she was world champion with 6,880 points, and third at the 2012 Olympic Games in London . However, these two results were canceled by the CAS on November 29, 2016 due to doping.

In January 2015 it was banned for two years retrospectively from July 22, 2013 for doping . In addition, all results between August 15, 2009 and August 14, 2011 have been deleted. On November 29, 2016, the CAS deleted all Chernova results from August 15, 2011 to July 22, 2013 due to blood doping. The 2011 World Championship and the 2013 bronze medal were also canceled.
