Tatsiana Kostromina

Tatsiana Kostromina , also Tatyana Anatolyevna Kostromina , married Tatsiana Bahr (born February 15, 1973 in Homel ) is a Belarusian table tennis player . She took part in twelve world championships and three Olympic Games.

successes

The defender Tatsiana Kostromina won a silver medal in the individual at the European Youth Championships in 1989 behind Gabriella Wirth and in 1990 behind Veronika Wirth. In 1990 she also reached the final in doubles with Wanda Litynska-Sidorenko, with the Soviet team she was European Youth Champion.

In the adult category she was nominated for six European championships from 1994 to 2008 . Here she reached the semi-finals in 1998 together with Evgueni Chtchetinine and in 2002 in doubles with Viktoria Pavlovich the final.

From 1993 to 2008 Tatsiana Kostromina took part in twelve world championships . Her greatest success was the third place for the Belarusian women's team at the 2006 World Cup in Bremen. She also qualified three times to take part in the Olympic Games, namely in 2000 , 2004 and 2008 . In doing so, she never came close to medal ranks.

Germany

Tatsiana Kostromina came to Bundesliga club MTV Tostedt in 2004 via the club stations List Medjimurje (Croatia) and DOV Klaver Lelie (Netherlands) , where she was active until 2014. In 2012 she married Christian Bahr and then performed under the name Tatsiana Bahr . Since 2014 she has played with the women's team of the Niendorfer TSV in the regional league.

Private

Tatsiana Kostromina's cousin Tatjana Kastramina also played for MTV Tostedt in 2007 .
