The Telekom Dome is a multi-purpose hall in Bonn district Duisdorf (city district Hardtberg ). It is located on Basketsring 1, between Konrad-Adenauer-Damm, the 565 federal motorway , the street “Auf dem Kirchbüchel” and Julius-Leber-Straße.
The hall area has a total area of 22,700 m², on which there is an event hall for 6,000 spectators, a three-part training hall (training center), several conference rooms and a fitness studio, the Baskets sports factory. It serves the club as a venue and universal training center for the Bundesliga team and the numerous youth teams of Telekom Baskets Bonn and replaced the Hardtberghalle for these functions .
The construction, including the property, cost around 16.8 million euros and was made possible by Telekom Baskets (credit), sponsors and the city of Bonn (grant). The owner and operator of the Telekom Dome is BonBas GmbH, the economic sponsor of the Bundesliga game operations of Telekom Baskets Bonn.
