Teri Shields
Teri Shields (actually: Maria Theresia Schmonn , sometimes also Schmon , born August 11, 1933 in Newark , New Jersey ; † October 31, 2012 in New York City , New York ) was an American actress and film producer . At a young age she was a model .
Teri married Francis Alexander Shields in 1964 . Their daughter Brooke Shields was born in 1965. The marriage later ended in divorce. Teri appeared in the films Wanda Nevada , Endless Love and In the jungle of the underworld each with her daughter Brooke in supporting roles.
Towards the end of her life she lived in a nursing home for people with dementia , where she died after a long illness.
