Teruyoshi Itō ( Japanese 伊 東 輝 悦 , Itō Teruyoshi ; born August 31, 1974 in Shizuoka ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

society

Teruyoshi Itō learned to play soccer on the school team of Tokai University Shoyo Junior & Senior High School . He signed his first contract with Shimizu S-Pulse in 1993 . With Shimizu he won the J. League Cup in 1996 and the Imperial Cup in 2001 . In 1999 he was runner-up with the club. He won the Supercup with Shimizu in 2001 and 2002. In 2011 he moved to league competitor Ventforet Kofu in Kofu . At the end of 2011, he had to start the path to the second division with the club. The following year they became champions of the J2 League and rose straight back to the first division. In 2004, he signed in Nagano a two-year contract at third division AC Nagano Parceiro . For Nagano, he played eleven third division games. The 2016 season he played for league rivals Blaublitz Akita in Akita . In 2017 he was signed by Azul Claro Numazu from Numazu , who is also playing in the third division .

National team

1997 Itō made his debut for the Japanese senior team . With this he successfully qualified for the 1998 World Cup . Ito played 28 international matches.
