Teufelslöcher (Hochkönig)
The Teufelslöcher are two natural rock gates at around 2700 m above sea level. A. in the Hochkönigstock in the Berchtesgaden Alps . They are located between Lamkopf and Hochseiler on the border between the districts of Zell am See and St. Johann im Pongau in the Austrian state of Salzburg .
The ascent from the Bertgenhütte to the Übergossene Alm leads through the southeastern Teufelsloch . Directly above the Teufelslöcher, the path splits in the direction of Hochseiler, Niedere Torarte (Herzogsteig) or Hochkönig ( Matrashaus ).
