Thaddeus Cho Hwan-Kil

Thaddeus Cho Hwan-Kil ( kor. 조환길 , born November 7, 1954 in Hwa-Won , South Korea ) is a South Korean clergyman and Roman Catholic Archbishop of Daegu .

Life

Thaddeus Cho Hwan-Kil received on 19 March 1981, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On March 23, 2007, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Abbir Maius and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Daegu. The Archbishop of Daegu, John Choi Young-su , ordained him episcopal on April 30 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Andong , John Chrisostom Kwon Hyok-ju , and the Bishop of Pusan , Augustine Cheong Myong-jo . On November 4, 2010 Benedict XVI appointed him. to the Archbishop of Daegu. The inauguration took place on December 20 of the same year.
