The Tharonne is a river in France that runs in the Loir-et-Cher department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the municipality of Vouzon , generally drains in a south-westerly direction through the natural landscape of Sologne, which is rich in lakes, and after 21 kilometers flows into the Beuvron as a right tributary in the municipality of Neung-sur- Beuvron .
