action

The experienced bodyguard Wong Kom cannot prevent the death of a Thai industrialist, despite considerable resistance, when he falls victim to an insidious attack while signing a company merger. Injured businessman Chot Petchpantakarn dies in hospital from serious injuries. The real brother of the victim, Choung, turns out to be the mastermind, who wants to take over the management of the company as a member of the executive board.

On the day of the solemn burial, the bodyguard is dismissed mercilessly by the grieving son and sole heir Chaichol, as he blames him for the failure of his patronage, although he does not know the details of the circumstances. A little later, the dead man's son is also a target, but the assassination attempt fails and the bon vivant and playboy, slightly injured, can escape in a garbage truck. From then on, the fleeting millionaire heir is sought by the gangsters around Arthit, who initially suspect him to be Won Kom, so that he is soon sought out by an armed killer squad. The bodyguard successfully defends himself against the murder troops and realizes that Chaichol is in danger. From then on, he competes with the gangsters in search of the missing person to make up for his mistake or to rehabilitate himself with the family of the murdered man.

Meanwhile, the injured and unconscious Chaichol is found in a garbage dump in the metropolis of Bangkok and taken to the paramedic Pok, who lives with her family in poor conditions on the edge of society. After the rich man regains consciousness, he pretends to be a thieving criminal to disguise himself, his unsuspecting helpers grant him safe and anonymous accommodation. The bon vivant goes into hiding in the poor district under a false identity, gets to know the simple life of the sometimes bizarre residents and falls in love with the attractive Pok who is committed to social issues. Pok is immediately sympathetic to the refined newcomer, a tender romance develops until the couple is suddenly caught by armed gangsters in a shopping center and taken hostage . The situation is tense, the building is surrounded by police units who have been summoned but appear simple-minded and powerless, unable to cope with the precarious situation.

Without further ado, Wong Kom takes matters into his own hands and frees the rich boy from the hands of the brutal criminals, but leaves Pok to its fate. Chaichol is deeply concerned about the uncertain whereabouts of his beloved, and blindly flees the well-guarded property into the arms of the criminals. In the presence of Choung, the seedy uncle of the millionaire heir and the initiator of the extortionate plot, a crowd of dubious business people force Chaichol to sign a commercial power of attorney that is supposed to transfer the management of the company to Choung. To authenticate the document, however, Wong Kom's fingerprint is required on the seal of the document. However, he refuses to cooperate and decimates the gangsters present one after the other. Choung will be handed over to justice.

At the end of the film, Chaichol apologizes to his lifesaver Wong Kom. A few moments later, the young man tells his astonished mother that he wants to marry a certain Pok, whom he unsuspectingly looks for in the poor district in the last scenes of the film to find his chosen one To make a marriage proposal that his great love willingly accepts.

Reviews

"A pretty rough action comedy full of filth, in the course of which the millionaire inheritance is purified, but this storyline is criminally neglected in favor of fake action."
