To celebrate the spring break and the return of Sean from Germany , teenagers Donnie and Jeremy have planned a camping trip. The trip, originally planned as a men's outing, is joined by Jeremy's sister Becky and her friend Sarah, Donnie's ex-girlfriend. When they arrive in the forest, the youngsters get drunk with alcohol that Jeremy had bought with the help of a military ID they found. When the heavily drunk Jeremy plays with a knife while urinating and accidentally cuts off his penis , Sean manages to call a rescue helicopter before he loses all of the group's cell phones. Jeremy is flown to a hospital, but the paramedics leave the cool box with Jeremy's penis at the scene of the accident due to a mix-up. Donnie, Sean and the girls make their way to the hospital with the severed body part so that the amputated limb can be sewn back on in time.

While Jeremy worries about his manhood in the hospital, his friends are entangled in several ways and finally reach the hospital just in time. At the end of the film, Donnie and Sarah and Sean and Becky are each a couple.
