Since 2010, the service provider customers in the network have been migrated from E-Plus to the network operator. All new orders were placed directly via the respective network operator. The Phonehouse no longer offers its own service provider tariffs. The existing prepaid customers were migrated to Mobilcom-debitel .
In the fixed line segment, The Phone House marketed various DSL and fixed line offers. Another mainstay was the mobile internet area. The Phone House was the market leader here with the marketing of web books with data plans.
