Theo Eppig

Theo Eppig (born February 2, 1905 in Munich ; † May 12, 1964 there ) was a German notary and member of the Bavarian Senate .

Life

Theo Eppig passed the Abitur at the Old Realgymnasium in Munich in 1924 . This was followed by law studies at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg and at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . He completed his studies in 1928 with the first state examination in law and received his doctorate in 1929 on the subject of the parties and their representation in labor court judgments . After completing his legal clerkship , he passed the second state examination in 1931.

Eppig was a notary assistant in Munich from 1931 to 1934 and was then admitted as a notary in Rottenburg an der Laaber in 1934 . From 1939 to 1945 he did military service and took part in World War II . In 1949 he moved his notary's office to Munich. From 1962 to 1964 he was president of the notary's office , having previously been its vice-president. In 1964 he became Vice President of the Bavarian State Chamber of Notaries .

From November 1, 1955 to May 12, 1964 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate . Eppig was a member of the Presidium of the Senate from July 6, 1956. First he was secretary and from February 22, 1961 Vice President of the Senate.
