Theodor Eilers

Carl Theodor Eilers (born March 15, 1836 in Koblenz , † 1887 ) was a German administrative and ministerial official and parliamentarian.

Life

Theodor Eilers studied law at the University of Halle . In 1856 he became a member of the Corps Salingia Halle. After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. From 1863 to 1865 he completed the government traineeship with the government in Trier and passed the government assessor exam in 1865. In 1866 he became a laborer in the Ministry of Commerce. In 1868 he moved as an assistant to the Landdrostei and the high presidium in Hanover. In 1869 he became the official captain of Syke Office appointed. In 1873 he was appointed bailiff of the Gifhorn office and head of the Gifhorn steering committee . In 1880 he moved to the Prussian Ministry of Finance, where he was promoted to lecturing council in 1882 .

Eilers was elected to the Prussian House of Representatives for the constituency of Hanover 23 (Gifhorn) in 1879 . Due to his official promotion in 1882, he lost his mandate on April 16, 1882.
