Theodor Perniock

Theodor Perniock (born October 9, 1852 in Breslau ; † after 1912) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Perniock attended the Matthiasgymnasium in Breslau and the University of Breslau . He was trainee lawyer from September 27, 1875 and assessor from February 18, 1882. He was district judge from July 1, 1884 to December 1, 1887 at the Winzig district court , from December 1, 1887 to September 15, 1891 at the Friedland district court and since then at the district court in Namslau . He was a supervisory judge at all three courts since February 1, 1886 and a local judge since July 15, 1894. He was also chairman of the Namslau District Warrior Association since it was founded in 1895, a board member of the Provincial Warrior Association for Silesia since 1898 and a member of the Farmers' Association. He was Rittmeister of the Reserve, awarded the Red Eagle Order IV Class , the Landwehr Service Award I , the War Memorial Coin 1870/71 , the Centenar Medal and the Knight's Cross First Class of the Württemberg Frederick Order .

From 1907 to 1912 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency district of Breslau 4 Namslau , Brieg and the German Conservative Party .
