Theodor Wilhelm Georg Hallwachs
Theodor Wilhelm Georg Hallwachs (born December 11, 1812 in Darmstadt , † March 3, 1860 in Alzey ) was a German politician .
Life
Born as the son of the Minister and State Council President Wilhelm Hallwachs and brother of Ludwig Hallwachs , Hallwachs studied law in Gießen after attending the Darmstadt high school . During his studies in 1830 he became a member of the fraternity Vandalia Gießen and the old Gießen fraternity Germania . He was charged with fraternity activity, but acquitted in 1836. He became court clerk accessist in Darmstadt and later a district councilor in the Alzey district .
