Heinz-Eberhardt Andres (born December 5, 1908 in Kreuznach , † August 16, 1977 in Baden-Baden ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator for the Alzey district .

Life

Andres was a son of the national liberal politician Karl Andres , who owned the Gutleuthof winery near Bad Kreuznach. He attended elementary school from 1914 to 1918 and then the grammar school in Bad Kreuznach and, during the expulsion of the family from the Rhineland, the grammar school in Naumburg . After graduating from high school in Easter 1927, he studied law and political science at the universities of Heidelberg , Göttingen and Bonn . Following the family tradition, he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Heidelberg . In 1932 he passed his legal traineeship and became a court trainee in Kirn, Koblenz, Bad Kreuznach and Cologne. In 1936 he passed the assessor examination. From 1937 to 1941 he was the manager of his father's winery. From 1941 to 1945 he did military service, from 1945 to 1947 he was a prisoner of war in England. Then he returned to his father's winery.

In 1939 he joined the NSDAP . Andres belonged to the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate for the FDP in 1951/52 . In the state parliament he was a member of the Legal Committee and October 12, 1950 of the Legal, Rules of Procedure and Petitions Committee. In 1952 he became a member of the Bad Kreuznach city council. He became a department head at the city administration in Bad Kreuznach and from 1952 was the last district administrator in the Alzey district. With the merger of the district with the district of Worms to form the district of Alzey-Worms (1969), he left office.
