Alfred Klostermann (born April 15, 1900 in Klein-Steinheim , Offenbach district , † February 25, 1945 in Bliesdalheim ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Alfred Klostermann was the son of the shoemaker Konrad Klostermann and his wife Margareta Josepha, née Schilling. His first marriage was to Beate Maria née Schäfer and his second marriage to Frieda Elisabeth née Hopfeld. Alfred Klostermann was a Roman Catholic.

After attending school, Alfred Klostermann was trained as a teacher at the preparatory institute in Fritzlar , at a seminar in Fulda and at the University of Frankfurt am Main . He worked as a teacher in Vockenrod .

In the 1920s Klostermann joined the NSDAP. For this he sat from 1931 to 1933 as a member of the Hessian state parliament , most recently as a parliamentary group leader.

After the National Socialistseizure of power ”, Klostermann was appointed to the Hessian Ministry of Education as a school councilor (Ministerial Department 2 for Culture and Education) . In addition, he briefly took over the office of Mayor von Schlitz in 1933 . In addition, he held offices as Gauamtsleiter, as a member of the Provincial Assembly of Gießen (since 1929) and as a member of the District Assembly in Alsfeld. From November 1933 until his death at the front in 1945, Klostermann was also a member of the National Socialist Reichstag as a member of constituency 38 (Hesse).

Klostermann served successively as district administrator in Gießen (1934 to 1935), Groß-Gerau (1935 to 1939), Schrimm (1939 to 1940) and Alzey (1941 to 1945).
