Theodore Coresi (* 1953 in Dochia in the Neamț district ) is a Romanian opera singer with a bass voice .

Career

While Theodore Coresi attended a humanistic high school, he took acting and directing lessons from Cornel Nicoara and A. Lazar. Between 1978 and 1983 he studied singing (song, oratorio, opera / major) at the Bucharest Music Academy , where he passed the diploma examination with distinction. He refined his skills in Vienna with Hubert Deutsch and Agnes Ivan and in Rome with Boris Christoff , Luigi Infantino and Giuseppe Taddei . From 1999 to 2003 he studied at the West University of Timisoara theology .

Coresi has lived in Vienna since 1986 and is married to the singer Catarina Coresi Lal .
