Thomas Francis Markham

Thomas Francis Markham (born March 22, 1891 in Lowell , Massachusetts , USA ; † July 9, 1952 ) was auxiliary bishop in Boston .

Life

Thomas Francis Markham received on 2 June 1917, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On July 18, 1950, Pope Pius XII appointed him . the titular bishop of Acalissus and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Boston. The Archbishop of Boston, Richard Cushing , donated him episcopal ordination on September 14 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Washington , Patrick Aloysius O'Boyle , and the Bishop of Reno , Thomas Kiely Gorman .
