Thomas Mangani (born April 29, 1987 in Carpentras , France ) is a French football player .

Career

Mangani began his career at AS Monaco , where he had previously played in its youth, and was originally trained as a left-back. In 2004 he became France's European Champion with the U-17. In 2006 he signed his first professional contract and was awarded to Stade Brest in 2007 , where he made 13 appearances. Then he was awarded again, this time to the Corsican club AC Ajaccio and ran 36 times for the club.

After his return, he was often used in the summer of 2009 by coach Guy Lacombe and praised for his effectiveness in the game. Here he also developed into a defensive midfielder and played in this position from then on. In 2011 he was loaned to AS Nancy before he was signed in 2012. Mangani developed into an important player in Nancy, and on July 6, 2014 he moved to AC Chievo Verona .
