Thomas Ossowski

Thomas Ossowski (born July 1, 1967 in Karlsruhe ) is a German diplomat who was ambassador to the Philippines from 2014 to 2016 .

Life

After graduating from high school, Ossowski studied political science at the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (SciencesPo) .

In 1992 Ossowski began the preparatory service for the higher foreign service and after completing it worked in the headquarters of the Foreign Office and as a consultant in the political department of the embassy in Israel .
