Thomas Reinecke

Thomas Reinecke (born March 12, 1960 in Goch , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German journalist , cameraman and film editor .

Life

After studying geography and sociology from 1979 to 1982, he did an internship with a photo reporter . He then worked from 1984 to 1992 as a photo reporter for Hamburger Abendblatt , Action Press and as a chief reporter for Forbes Germany . From 1992 to 1994 he worked as a freelance photojournalist, including for Super! and Focus . His photos of royalties and other subjects such as the story of the killer of St. Pauli , Werner Pinzner , printed numerous magazines.

He has been working as a cameraman and editor since 1994. As a documentary filmmaker , he mainly deals with environmental protection and human rights . In 1995 and 1996 Reinecke worked as a cameraman at "RTCTVNews", from 1996 to 2003 as managing director, cameraman and editor at the "Tele News Company" (TNC) in Hamburg. Since 2004 he has been a cameraman, editor and journalist at "UC-TV GmbH". Since 2009 he has been working as a lecturer for TV production and documentary film in Hamburg. Since 2012 he has been constructing and operating camera drones that meet the highest technical standards and are used in TV and cinema productions.
