Career

Thomas Walser started his career as a junior at EHC Uzwil . On the 2001/02 season he moved to the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers , where, however, he commuted between Rapperswil and the National League B team GCK Lions . He had his best season in Rapperswil in the 2004/05 game year with 29 points scorer. This is how the EV Zug became aware of him and signed him for the 2007/08 season . Walser was unable to prevail at EV Zug and on October 21, 2008, in exchange with Damien Brunner, he switched to Kloten Flyers , with whom he was Swiss runner-up in his first season. In September 2009 Walser was transferred to the SCL Tigers in exchange with Michel Zeiter . Already in October 2009 Walser switched to his former club, the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers. He left this after a year and spent the 2010/11 season at SC Langenthal in the National League B.

Since retiring as a player, he has been in charge of marketing at the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers.
