The Thompo Icefall is a glacier break in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . In the Forrestal Range of the Pensacola Mountains, it lies between Mount Hummer and Mount Hook on the northeastern edge of the Saratoga Table .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on surveys carried out in 1967 and aerial photographs taken by the United States Navy in 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it 1979 after the aerial photographer Robert W. "Thompo" Thompson of the Navy flight squadron VX-6, who from 1963 to 1964 aerial photographs in the area of ​​the Balleny Islands and the Sky-Hi-Nunatakker as well as from 1964 until 1965 in the Pensacola Mountains area.
