The Saratoga Table ( English for Saratoga Table Mountain ) is a 2025 m high, flattened and snow-capped table mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . It extends over an area of approximately 13 x 10 km south of the Kent Gap and Lexington Table in the southern Forrestal Range of the Pensacola Mountains .
He was discovered and photographed during the transcontinental flight carried out by the United States Navy on January 13, 1956 as part of the first Operation Deep Freeze from McMurdo Sound to the Weddell Sea and back. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1957 after the aircraft carrier USS Saratoga .
