Thorsten Schramm (born February 19, 1979 ) is a former German soccer player.

Career

Thorsten Schramm played ten games for MSV Duisburg in the Bundesliga in the 1998/99 season . He made his debut on matchday 10 in a 1-1 draw against Werder Bremen . In 2000 he moved to Rot-Weiß Oberhausen .

In 2015 Schramm became coach of the district league team SuS 09 Dinslaken , whom he led to promotion to the district league in 2018.

National team

In 1998 he reached the final of the U-18 European Championship with the U-18 national team , which was only lost to Ireland 3: 4 on penalties. In 1999 Thorsten Schramm was part of the Germany squad at the Junior World Cup . He was used in all three group matches. Germany could not qualify for the next round.
